SBT Activation Option 1 and Option 2
Basic Activation (option 1) is free, providing all the benefits to build and manage your quiver with electronic prove of ownership. The SBT SECURE ANTI THEFT WARRANTY (option 2) is optional. It is highly regarded the for protection of your valuable surfboards.
A fixed fee is required for the SBT Secure Anti-Theft Warranty to become live. The fee is standard with no international variations. This will entitle the warranty holder to make a claim for a "like for like" replacement surfboard in the event of being stolen within the first year of ownership. Payment is taken by credit card or debit card and via the www.surfboard-tracker website when you activate a board to your account.
Confirmation of warranty is issued by electronic receipt. Highlighting make, model, factory serial number supported by your personal details.

SBT SECURE ANTI THEFT WARRANTY is optional.
A fixed fee is required for the SBT Secure Anti-Theft Warranty. This is a fixed fee that is irrelevant to the value of the product. That will entitle warranty holder for a replacement surfboard if stolen.
The fixed fee is collected by credit card or debit car and via the SBT website. Confirmation of Warranty is issued by printable receipt detailing Factory serial number and make and model, SBT SECURE ANTI THEFT WARRANTY Certificate.
Warranty Handling
Standard handling fee is taken on each warranty claim. This is only charged following the acceptance of a claim awarded. All Standard handling fee’s are fixed with no international variation. All fee’s are subject to current exchange rates and changes.
Warranty Claim Process
A third party partner warranty handler will maintain and manage the warranty claim process An international free-phone claims telephone number, and email address. The majority of the claim process is carried out electronically.
